Vegan Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2-3 overripe bananas (mashed)
2/3 c. almond or oat milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Optional Mix-ins:
1 c. vegan chocolate chips
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 350°. Prep your loaf pan by coating with Crisco. Mix wet ingredients (first 3) and dry ingredients separately then combine and stir. Maybe (definitely) add chocolate chips and/or nuts then pour into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes on the top rack. The top of your bread should be firm.
